Past Deadline

We got home two weeks ago and have yet to address you.  Sorry.  Everyone’s in fine shape and re-acclimating to Kansas City life very nicely.  It’s Christmas this weekend and we are looking forward to some nice gift cards from some of our favorite retail outlets.  Thanks to everyone that made our incredible trip possible.  It was great to see you all and we’re stoked on the next round.  Look for some new songs when we start playing again in March.

Fest Bound and Beyond!

Kansas City sent us off right.  Love sprang eternal and Buzzard Beach was the classiest place I’ve ever fallen for another man.  We’re sitting at the I Hate Punk Rock suburban hideaway recovering from The Haddonfields forced inebriation pummeling last night and getting ready to head to Murphy’s in Memphis, TN.  Elway sounds great every night and I’m already experiencing pre-separation anxiety.  Not to fear though…with The Fest this weekend and a few off days on the beach ahead we won’t miss ‘em that much.  I have updated our show calendar so check it out and make sure to come hangout with us when we make it to your town!

“Professora Emeritosa” featured in the score of “Inspiration”

Howdy, folks,

Great news as usual. We went into UMKC studios yesterday with engineer Joe Concha and recorded a version of an unreleased track titled “Professora Emeritosa” for the score of the on-stage action extravaganza “Inspiration”. The single will also be featured on the soundtrack (available for purchase at any of the shows) and is likely to end up on one form or another of our upcoming “Kitchen VS. Pantry” EP. Check out the show opening this Friday, July 22nd, at Off Center Stage in Crown Center (KCMO). Give director Jay Akin a high five for us if you see him. He’ll appreciate the flask you stashed in your purse.
